Ummm holy crap. I'm not an expert at drawing, but aren't you supposed to sketch out the outline before you do the details?
i don't think there's necessarily an order in which you have to draw. I, myself, tend to also work on parts that interest me more first. :-)
I think the drawing is pretty rad overall, my only critique is the jawline with the shadowing, looks like Lady Gaga is growing a furry little beard and the hands are a kind of jacked up, but who am I to judge, I can't draw for shizzle.
